Most of us lead busy lives, busier than we would like. A weekend journey into wellness is an effective antidote, offering simple and effective methods for relaxing, extending the senses, waking up to what is important, connecting with other human and non-human beings and engaging whole-heartedly  

Once you arrive and settle in, we'll start with some gentle breath-work to help draw a line in the sand between the activity of your week and the restfulness available while on retreat. Then, you're treated to a scrumptious dinner in a relaxed and friendly environment, with expansive views of the surrounding mountains and valleys as the backdrop. 

Available to you at retreat is: a chance to connect with nature, to participate in breath-work, gentle yoga and meditation classes, to eat nutritious vegetarian meals, venture into the rainforest on our 70-acre property, draw, journal or simply sit and 'be' as you take in the spectacular and tranquil scenery.
