Friday 7.00-9.00pm Inspiring spiritual practices, meditation, pranayama and gentle yoga with Shantiji.
Followed by spiritual talk and Introduction to the chapter of the Yoga Sutras we will be exploring this weekend.
Saturday 7:00-8.45am Still the mind. Calm abiding meditation workshop and discourse of the day
  8.45-10.00am Communal breakfast. Social interaction, connection and dialogue
  10.00-12.00pm Free the Body. Shanti Yoga asana practice to heal and soothe.
Stretch, breathe, relax and free the body

Chanting. Expand the heart. Increase the energy.

12.30-2.00pm Nourish. Delicious, relaxed, vegetarian lunch and social interaction.
  2.00-3.30pm Discussion. Relate. Shantiji will present a section from the Yoga Sutras, from which open discussion and Q&A can evolve
  3.30-4.30pm Heal: Deep relaxation and self healing, yoga nidra.
  4.30-6.00pm The Yoga Sutras. Sacred teaching on the definitive classical text on Yoga. Sutra by sutra with commentary, questions and answers. 

Sunday 7.00-8.45am Create sacred space. Guided meditation and discourse of the day with Shantiji
  8.45-10.00am Communal breakfast. Social interaction, connection and dialogue.
  10.00-12.00pm Classical Shanti Yoga postures. Program  to elongate your back, heal and rehabilitate neuro-pathways and build core strength.
